  4. I did a Willfly, saw it cheap on the bay and had to have it. A new battery fitted, so I won't have to set it for a few years.........hopefully! :)

  6. It's a tool used for setting the correct frequency in a balance hairspring. The tool contains a balance of a set frequency that can be set in motion above which the new balance and hairspring is set. The idea is to adjust the new one until it as ciliates at the same frequency of the one in the tool.

Be VERY careful not to overheat the inner "plastic" laminating layer or else it will turn opaque.Go on, ask me how I know [emoji4] Luckily its out of my eyeline but **BLEEP** annoying none the less. If you are serious about removing scratches you need to use rayon pads for your drill to make any kind of a difference. Check out Detailing World. There's a really good how to. Set aside a good half day to do this too and out of direct sunlight.

  10. It's OK Don, by now, OUR DEPARTMENT KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU! :D No seriously, it seems like some connections were having problems. I did experience slow downs and small connections issues this side too. it is working much better now but at times there are delays. Cheers, Bob

  12. Love the Landeron 248... I only hope to find a case, stem and crown for my Walker movement to finish it. By the way, I noticed that mine was "over oiled" as this one...
