Seiko spares

Hi all,i read earlier several posts discussing problems and thoughts on the Seiko 7T32/34 watches? One or two members mentioned that they had spares for these models tho the posts were back in 2015 i think, i wonder if anyone may have the larger of the two winder stems and crown(for changing the main hands not the alarm time)and one of the smaller wire-wound coils inside the movement-i believe both of these items match on the 32 or 34? And without pushing my luck to far the winder button would match in gold tho id be happy with gold or silver just to get the watch up&running? Kind regards Jakson.
