What does it mean? Sorry if it is a stupid question.

I suspect that the movement with no screws would be fitted in the case from the rear of the case and the retaining screws would screw into the edge of the case.

The movement with screw threads is probably for a front loading case.

I believe your 'suspicion' is spot on :)

Indeed the picture for Dugena 1154 shows the screw holes which can't be seen on 1153 (on ranfft).
