** Start Rant **

So I ordered a screw yesterday from Cousins for an Omega (among other things).

Instead of a screw I get an hour wheel!

I ask you - How do you possibly mistake a screw for an hour wheel?

Similar part #?

Yes - it is the same part number

Omega 1020 - 2558 = Wig Wag screw (that's what I wanted).

Omega 721 - 2558 = Hour Wheel (that's what I got).

:( Oh well. These things happen

Sorry about your predicament Mark. My 2 cents: Save the wheel for when you really need it, they might send you a screw that time! :(

As an extra thought, I just ordered a Seiko movement from them (NH06) maybe I get lucky and get and Omega one instead...or a screw!

I've been ordering very often from them and haven't had any problems yet the only thing is the time it takes! I can't really use them for an emergency and it complicates matters for sometimes they are the only ones out there with what I need. All that said, I've become quite a fan of the place!
