teaching my self watch service, I've practiced on a few little ladies mvmts. I decided I would try a  Illinois A Lincoln special, but I can't get it out of the case. Removed case screws, hands, and balance. pulled crown out,  but it only comes out about three-quarters. What am I missing?

Thank you for your introduction and welcome to this friendly forum.

Are you sure it doesn't come out from the front? See if you can remove the bezel. Post some good clear photos that will help.

back front and how far it comes out by it self. If I push as hard as I'm willing it, but won't come out. I have turned the crown to see if that helps, not really.
