Hi everyone,

I'm Richard from Luxembourg.
I'm 33, grew up in France, which I left 5 years ago for a neighbour country (unfortunately, not Switzerland :D). I'm currently working in IT and have been doing that for 10 years now.
I fell in love with mechanical watches at the same time I went to my IT Engineering school in 2007 which I left after 2 years and a feeling that it was not close enough to what I expected.
I wanted to give a try for a school to learn watch making/servicing but it was too expensive and I found a job in IT almost immediately.

Now that that time has passed, i would really like to try giving a shot to repairing mechanical watches as a hobby beside my job, as I'm still fond of mechanical watches and not so much pleased with IT as a job in general.

I found the WR videos on Youtube and they really gave me back that feeling I had in 2007 and that I can try to do something way more interesting as a hobby than my actual job.

I Hope I can find help and advices on how to start and improve my skills in watch servicing.

See ya around !

Richard
