Omega 19''' Roller Jewel

I have a nice old (1908) Omega 19''' which is missing the roller jewel. It appears that it would have been oval shape but I can't find any only the d shape. Would I be able to use a d shaped jewel as a replacement? Or does any one know where I can get the oval type. Have been keeping an eye out for a donor movement but when they occasionally come up the go for silly money.

It may be possible to use a d shaped  as near to the size as possible and use a diamond file to shape it then polish with diamond paste. It can be a tricky, long job, but not impossible.

Thanks for the advice, I may just try the straight d shape if it will fit but will keep an eye out for a spares movement in the meantime.
