Found what I think maybe an old Timex Marlin in a bunch of old watches I have collected but I'm not sure. Code is "2024 - 2467". From what I've read, 2024 is the catalogue number, 24 is the movement and 67 is the year of production. I would like to try my hand at repairing the movement (working not keeping time) any links to service manuals /advice would be appreciated. Wonderful that Timex has reissued the Marlin.

Thanks and regards,'

HI  I have attached the service doc for your interest and also the 1961 manual as it contains some useful information.    read the documentation before doing anything as although they look simple and are as far as the engineering go's they are unforgiving when trying to assemble the plates and gears, They were designed to be cleaned as is ,    if attempting to repair them or replaced by the factory ,

yes, you found a 1967 Timex Marlin. Many new collectors like to call it the dot dash due to the hour markers on the dial. the re-issued marlin was from 1965.
