Rotary is just an assembler brand, to identify watch movements you need to post a picture of it. 

Also, we have a section here where it's considered polite for new members to introduce themselves.

Hi to answer you question we need to know what make and caliber of the movement so that we may Identify the part/stem as jdm explained rotary is just the finisher/brand name

That is a Chinese partial copy of Seiko, i have never seen a definite id for these, neither stems or any other spare part. 

As mentioned above a stem extension may work there.
