hi my name is mark and I am total novice, but willing to follow and learn

I would like some advice where I can send my tissot touch watch to be repaired, the electrical clip which holds the battery in place has snapped away, 

Will send pics

Hello and welcome to the forum Mark,  On the black plastic at the 11 oclock position there is a number could you please post it. It is the caliber number of the movement, and in the case of parts not being available it is some times easier to change the movement       thanks
