Omega Valjoux 1155

I come across the movement on the image. Is it a valjoux 7750, or an omega 1155 or a fake?

Why omega uses valjoux movements instead it's own movements?

An omega with a valjoux movement is worth less?

Omega used the 7750 which they rebadged 1155 (or 11-- depending on when and what). It is a lower cost alternative to the in house 861 caliber. Later they went to Dubois Depraz modules on ETA base for the entry level.

does it mean that for the same model, lets say a speedmaster chronograph could be sold either with a 861 movement or with a 1155 at the same time? So you would pay a premium for a speedmaster with a 861 movement? 

Does it still sell the same model with different movements today?

Yes and with other difference too, not surprising for a watch that has been made for 63 years now.
