I have a Looking Thomas Earnshaw - Longitude - ES-0025-05 and as you can see from the photo below the hand on the month dial has come off. In order to put it back on I need to remove the movement / dial from the case but I cannot seem to remove the crown / stem in order to do so. Any ideas?

Use tweezers or a sharp peg-wood, etc to push and hold where red arrow shows. Hold it down while pulling out the crown with the stem.

Be carefull when putting back the hand, you can use the back of a piece of pegwood to press the hand gently, not to hard,  on the pivot. if you press too hard, you can damage the tube of the hand.
