casio 358 amw-320 wrist watch

i have a old watch casio 358 amw-320 that i would like to get running i was wondering if anyone knows how to uninstall the mode and time and date pins mine are stuck and i liked to install a new crystal but they are in the way press .

i found out the mode and setting button were dirty and stuck in the press position. just added some penetrating oil and wiggled them back and forth and they finally came loose and out
