Before i get me hammer can someone confirm this back should unscrew.

Hi there, yes unscrew the outer ring with your caseback remover and the cover should lift out or tip it out. There usually is a little guide on the outer edge of the back that will seat into a cut out in the case when you reassemble. Cheers
