Nice to be on a forum with people who love watches as much as I do. As I am a beginner in watch repair, I hope to learn from you. 
I have 2 projects in mind:


1st is changing the capacitor on my old Seiko Kinetic watch. 

2nd is changing the bezel and crystal on my old Gruen Precision Autowind.

The indicator shows the power reserve. Second hand sweeps 30 seconds you have aprox 7 days. With the new capacitor i'm installing i'll have aprox 3-4 months.
