Hi all!

I am servicing a Seiko 2205-3009 (2205A movement), and the stem is secured by two spacers (shown in pic). The spacers are very old and must be replaced, however I have no idea what these are called. They aren’t gaskets (though I’m going to see if I can swap in two gaskets for the same function), and they don’t show up in the parts guide for the 2205A or the 2202A, which the former is based off of.

Does anyone know what these are called?

Thanks!

I think you'll find if you had a casing book that these are gaskets. Seiko parts for the movement go with the movement number but casing parts go with the case number. I think these are basically gaskets to keep the dust out so while they may not look like your normal gasket they would still be defined as a gasket.

Thank you both, this is very helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t find a casing book with ladies movements included.

However, knowing they are considered to be gaskets is just what I needed to continue, and I will experiment with generic gaskets until I find something that works.

Here is the Julesborel parts database: http://cgi.julesborel.com/cgi-bin/matcgi2?ref=SEK_CS^2205-3000

The 2205-3009 and -3000 should be the same watch where the -xxx9 is N. America market.

I think the Dust Pipe is the part you need.  I found this post with the part number listed as for sale.  I have purchased from this person before.  https://www.thewatchsite.com/threads/fs-genuine-nos-various-seiko-parts-part-2-5-to-15.325733/

Wow! You are a life saver! Thank you for the part link, and also for the reference. I’m new, so I’m still learning where to look, and building my list of reference points.

I will contact this person and see about securing the part.

Thanks again @bklake - this helped me to not only get the dust pipe, but also source the replacement crystal I was looking for. Woohoo!
