Citizen E011 movement broken stem

Hi guy’s! How do you remove a piece of broken stem still stuck inside a citizen E011m movement please!

To remove the stem you have to press here. However as it has a broken stem you might have to turn the movement on it’s side a give it a shake as well.

Hi there if what clockboy says does not work you may have to take the cover plate off and expose the stem to remove it as it may still have a little pressure on it.

Hi there, i thought about removing the 3 screws holding the cover plate on, but i wasn’t sure what would fall out from underneath the plate mate! I tried pushing the detent pin & tapping it on its site was me first thought!

Hi there! I managed to remove the top plate! And had a go but with no success! I just couldn’t find a way to free it mate!

Hi there, if you could post some pictures of the movement as you proceed with the removal it would be good, also if you print off the diagram from the pdf provided and have it next to you, it is beneficial. You are going to have to remove some of the keyless works as it sounds like it is tight. Are you confident in doing this.?
