Stem removal.

This is a Sekonda, and I can't figure out how to remove the winding stem. I've pressed the lever that pops out but no success. Any help appreciated thanks.

Maybe this dot needs pressing.

Thanks Clockboy, I'm sure it has something to do with it, but it will not let the stem come all the way out..but I will have to persevere carefully; I don't want to press it too hard, as you will understand.
