Hello all, time is of the matter and if it were not, then why are we here.  I'm new to all this, I was asked to introduce myself, my screen name is DoingTime, but my name is Rick, i'm fromm Sterling Heights Michigan, USA.  I'm a hobbyist and been doing this for about 3 years now, started with a Grandfather clock in the garbage, so i taught myself how to fix this Howard Miller clock.  My watch passion started nearly 3 years ago when i went to an Estate sale and bought 2 watches for $1.00 each, but had no idea what a Girard Perregaux was and what I had in hand, a little google search blew my mind. so i had to go have them checked out, and yes they were real, one 1940's seahawk and a 1965 automatic. I was happy.
