shock spring replacement on main plate

Hi

I've broken a shock spring on the main plate side (photo attached).

I think it's an incabloc with a lung on each side (photo attached).

If you check the photo there is a tiny screw and when you unscrew it you can rotate the incabloc a little bit it should be useful to replace the spring but have no idea how to do it.

Remove the screw and the setting housing, next give the mainplate and the setting a clean then   insert the T end of the lyre spring inside the grove of the setting and lock the spring.
