chronograph confusion

Hi Guys newbie here  i have the Armani AR6007 chronograph watch, battery needed replacing,done. Do all the resetting etc but the hour and minute hands do not move or the small dial at 3 o,clock that counts down the seconds, its twitching but not moving ? the stop watch is working fine, it starts when i press the top button etc and they all do a sweep when i want to reset to zero, apart from the second counter at 3 o,clock. I pull out the crown to max and the dials do a sweep back to zero, set the hour and minute hand, push it back in and just a twitching second arm but not actually moving round. Help please

Please don't post duplicates if your question had not been answered yet. 

If you can't get the module to work by  swift shaking or electromagnetic impulse it will have to be replaced. These used on fashion brands are generally cheap enough.
