I’m trying to figure out what the plastic spacer is called between the crystal and case. You can see it’s broken and needs to be replaced.  Not sure where I can find one.   For reference, the watch is a Tissot Visodate Automatic Seastar.  Any help would be appreciated!!

It is part of the case fittings. Are there any numbers on the case normally on the back outside. That gasket needs replacing as well.

These are the numbers on the inside of the case back.  Does that help in any way?  Thank you for responding!

44554 - 7x is the number you need to quote when ordering the case parts and the gasket. I don't know if parts are available you might have to try a few suppliers.

Your picture shows  the back of the watch, not the top where the crystals sits. The black ring is the caseback gasket, you can remove it, clean well and fit a generic new one. If in doubt about something else please post the relevant picture.

You are correct - this is the back of the watch in the photo.  I do plan to replace the gasket.  I’m referring to the cream colored flat plastic ring on the front of the watch that you can see is broken.  It measures approximately .47 mm in depth and is just under 2 mm wide.  Not sure what it’s called or it’s  purpose but I assume it needs to be replaced.  It sits between the crystal and the front edge of the case.

Thanks for your response.  Appreciate any help I can get!

That could be the chapter ring, please post a picture taken from the top and with the dial installed.

So I glued the ring back together and this is what it looks like prior to fitting the crystal. I’d really like to order a new one if possible.

So the dial sit above it and is not visible. That is why I sas asking for a picture with the dial place.

Even if it's such a simple part there is not guarantee at all you can find it as spare part. The "watchmaker way" would be to make a new one from aluminum, or nowadays, 3D printed.
