At times we have discussions complaining about this or that difficulty in getting parts. Here's something different for a change.

I had bought a NOS French Ebauches quartz module from a small jewelry, nice website, fair price, quick shipping. Then realized all was needed for repair was a battery insulator. Asked the seller if he could replace it with something else (he carries pretty much all sorts of quartz modules), all expenses of me, he accepted, I shipped Monday with a note asking to advise when he got it, today at 21:10 he calls me, I picked it up only because I recognized it was he calling from the shop, still there at this hour! It's nice to deal with people like that really.
