Hi to all, i'm repairing this stima nivada diver, but i haven't found anything on the internet about this watch, now is running but i miss the original crown.

I'd like to know what it's worth.

What something is worth is what someone is prepared to pay for it! So if this is something you just have to know you can look at sold items on eBay.

A quick look and I find this for you: https://www.ebay.com/itm/234081994779 @ EUR112. 

You have an original strap (+) but a poor crown (-) but you get the ballpark. Any help?

@Nucejoethe watch have a FHF974 movement on the inside.

@WatchMaker the crown isn't a problem i'll replace it, with the photo of the item on ebay, now i know what type should I put on him.

Not worth much, aprox €25.

It will run couple of more lifetime though.

Hi, I reopen this topic because I have an issue, the tige of this movement is ruined and the original crown is missing.

My question is, in theory the tige of the "fhf 974" is the same of the "fhf 97"?

And the other question is, how can I choose the correct pitch of the screw in the crown? If I buy a stock of vintage crown I can find a correct one?

You are using the French name but most people won't recognize it. That is called stem, or sometime winding stem, or crown stem.

I think you mean the size (or diameter), not the pitch, which is always the same for a given stem size.

That is called thread in English. Screw is a fastener that fits into a fixed plate or body.

Get size from some Internet source, confirm by measuring with calipers, and order a matching crown.

@jdmanother question, do you know if the stem of "fhf 974" is the same of the "fhf 97"?

edit: i searched and the stem are the same
