Hello $0.50 butter knife from Walmart.

I'm going to make you look like this piece.

Profiled with Dremel and drum sander bit.

Drilled.

Finished with diamond precision files. Sanded with 320, then 600 grit.

Cute

Yes! Butter knives are great. I have several tools made from butter knives. Things like extra wide screwdrivers, specialiized tool for open dental handpieces, odd size wrenches, including a surgical tool for wisdom teeth surgery.
