Hi, my name is Mihai, from Romania. Been a watch enthusiast since I was 6. I’ve always done a bit of work on watches but never got into the movements. Because I haven’t had the tools or knowledge I stuck with changing batteries, glass, modding etc. Now I want to be able to service my own movements, and I acquired a basic kit over the past year or so. Happy to be here and learn.

Welcome to WRT forum Mihai.

Usually pocket watches are recommended for start, so are scrap movements and don't be shy to ask questions at any level. Our good moderator oldhippy always says no question is dumn.
