I read from your earlier posts that this is a ETA 2784. Unfortunately CousinsUK listed the winding stem as obsolete. But I do see some on eBay asking for a lot.

As for the case tube and crown, I'm not sure if the original design was a screw down crown or a normal water resistant crown. Does the hole in the case have any screw threads or is it a smooth hole?

In any case, you'll need to measure the hole diameter and pick a matching tube and crown. CousinsUK has a good range in their catalogue.

Is the stem missing or broken?

If it is broken then depending on how much of the threaded part remains you may be able to use a stem extender to restore the existing stem to its original length.

If it's a 2784, then it's the same stem for all the 27** family.  It's Ronda 1815 - but Cousins don't have that either.

If you search ebay for ETA 2750 winding stem, there's some being sold for £8.50 incl postage.
