Crown adjustments for Hands adjustment and manual winding is in wrong setting position, the crown is in the in side to face and will move hands pull out crown and you then can wind watch, can anyone advise in getting it correct, just purchased it and came like it,  hands will adjust if you wearing the watch because being in the close in position, thank you.

Keyless is messed up. Pull the movement, pull the dial, take it apart and put it back together correctly.

You might need to remove hands, dial and date discs to expose the keyless,then if you didn't spot the fault, a vid of the keyless functioning helps.
