Quick question. I have an old Waltham pocket watch that runs great for a while and then gets into a state of Overbanked. I assume that the guard pin is not doing its job. Anyone know how to use this specific Bergeron 2550 tool.

Unfortunately it's not a universal tool it probably won't work for the Waltham. I have a page out of the catalog that shows how to use it if you have the right pallet fork.
