Poljot 3133 and 31659 Spares?

Good evening everyone,

I have just bought an early(ish) Sturmanskie 31659 and am about to embark on my first Chronograph service, but before I do, I would like to know if anyone has any good sources for spares for these watches and movements?

The movement is filthy and looks like it has been handled a little too roughly during "servicing", so it'll need a thorough revamp and I can already see a couple of parts that are actually broken, so hopefully this isn't a sign of more to come when I finally strip it down.

that's a good question. Cousins has some 3133 parts but no 31659 parts listed. 

the russian watches forum over on watchuseek has a parts wanted thread, some of those guys may know or may have parts you can buy.
