Hi everyone,

I just joined the forum. I'm an Irish man living in Paris with a love of watches. I'm mainly I'm into older divers and chronographs that I'd love to own but probably can't afford, but I have quite a few oddities in my collection and in recent years have been tinkering with simple repairs and would like to take it further and learn more.

I look forward to the great help and advice I'm sure the more experienced members can offer. I'm just about to post my first question in the Watch Repairs Help & Advice section looking for some help in identifying and hopefully finding a wheel for a R. Lapanouse movement. I hope to see you there!

Been to Paris when my wife and I did a UK/Wales/Scotland/Ireland thing followed by a Paris to Prague boat cruise. I have to admit that the wife and I were not much on Paris to be truthful.
