Repair of a js26 fossil watch help reassembly

Hello I am trying to reassemble the watch.

 

it’s a fossil JS26 from miyota without jewels.

if you have an idea let me know:) thanks especially what goes first, how to insert it how to screw it and where to watchout for.

There should also be a plastic "movement holder" which, after the dial & movement are placed in the case, the movement holder is put in to surround, protect, and stabilize the movement in the case; sort of fixing it in place.  Is the holder among the parts?
