Big holes in omega case

hope you are all doing good. 

I have this omega watch and there are two big holes in one of the lugs. If it something fixable or is it going to stay forever ?

 Jewelers can fill the holes, polish or even gold plate the whole case. The cost to some extent depends on your locality.

Hi  Joe is right  they will need filling or plugged then cleaned up and polished or re plating  as Joe mentioned it carries a cost.
