Circled in this picture.  It's the lever for switching between setting and winding the watch, but it appears to be broken and I'm not sure what it looks when complete, or what it's called/what to search for for a replacement.

Searching for "lever-set" or "setting lever" only comes up with the more common slide-out mechanism.

Its the lever you move to one side in order to set the hands. When you push it back you wind the watch. I don't know what the proper name is.
