Hi all

Is there a specific book/pdf you guys recommend to learn about what each part does in a watch. How to dissemble it and it and then reassemble and oil, etc.

In other words your new to watch repair and you want to learn how to repair a watch? Then there is no one book and unless it's an older book typically not available online as PDFs.
