Valjoux 7750 Clone

I've read where Sellita has a SW500 that's based on the 7750.

Depends on how much you have appropriated as there must be over hundered copies of Valjoux 7750 made.

The movement / watch is for the Level 5 Course and I would prefer to keep the whole cost down to around $250.

You should ask Mark. Here is one for $109 USD. Not sure of the accuracy of the clone or how close it would match what Mark needs you to do. I purchased a Seagull ST36 clone of the Unitas/ETA 6497 for his level 2 course and never touched the movement. I will, but I didn't during my time working through the course.

Thanks. Fortunately I can watch the Level 5 videos first and go back to them at anytime. I may resort to doing that before deciding if I should get the Valjoux 7750 or some variant of it.

I just reviewed the intro to the second section of Level 5 course; 5.2.0. In it Mark mentions a CLZF2 as being a suitable substitute for the Valjoux 7750. I can't seem to locate this on eBay. Did I copy the name incorrectly or does it go by another name?
