I've seen Cousins (cousinsuk.com) mentioned on here, and I've looked at (drooled over!) their website and tried to create an account on there.

Once I'd filled in the required information I pressed 'Register now', and waited. And Waited. And waited .....

And doesn't seem to have created an account for me.

Given that these folks are internet only and don't admit to having a telephone line or even an email address I can write to, does anyone have any suggestions at to either what I'm doing wrong or how I can ask Cousins this question, please?

Oh, and if this is in the wrong place, please advise..

TIA

Yes, I really wasn't expecting any problems creating the account. It has now been about a day, and I've tried again with the same miserable result.

I'm going to leave it until next week sometime and try again. You have to wonder how any prospective customer is ever going to let them know that they have a problem! (*sigh*)

When you click the register button, does it show a spinning circle or it does nothing?

If it does nothing, review the fields you've filled, you may have skipped one or more that are required, and they will be painted in red, but there will be no warning near the button so you might not see anything without scrolling up.

I've just created an account with no problems once I corrected my mistakes (leaving the phone number blank).

Thanks aac58 -

I've just tried a third time. I am getting the spinning circle to the left of where the words 'Register now' change to 'Please wait', none of the fields were lined in red. I left the fields 'company name', 'Fax number' and 'VAT Number' blank.

It eventually goes to a screen that says 'Account registration pending', and 'Your new Cousins profile will be activated shortly ...'
