Unobtainable Watch Hands & Fitting Battery Problems

 Unobtainable watch hands & Fitting battery problems

I am trying to fit a Hattari 7N43 quartz movement inside an old SEIKO 3040 case: 2 problems which recur, also with other models/movements......

1. Many quartz movements have no retaining clip (however tiny!) or lug to prevent the battery from falling out of its correct position. 
2. I'm having great difficulty in findind suitable 110/65/20 hands. It seems to be a rare commodity, although I understand that these hands are often used for Seiko quartz movements.

Any help/comments?

1 That can be a problem but often stays on when the case back is there .
