Probably not worth more than that.

Appears to be a late 1800s.  A pin-lever design.  Maybe Roskopft lineage?

Good balance, so I will try to get it running. Something goofy with the hairspring though.

Wow.  Well, it's either a Roskopf or a close copy of a Roskopf - no center arbor and it's a pin-lever.  But that's the most heavily decorated Roskopf-style pin-lever I have ever seen.  That's a lot of artwork for a watch like that.  Amazing!

Will do...if I remember.  This one gets in the back of the line...I have sooooo many projects/watches/tools going right now.
