Assembling the movement and noticed one of the banking pins was bent. Tried to straighten and it broke off. Any wisdom on how these pins are installed. I tried to remove the good one but it would not unscrew or pull out using gentle pressure. Photo taken with iPhone at 10x.  Thanks for your help, Dave
