Omega 1337 Quartz stem removal

First time opening up the Omega Seamaster Quartz I’ve had for 37 years.  The crown has come off a couple times, so hoping a fix will be to use some loctite. Not sure how to release/remove the stem though.  Whether it’s a push in or I need to turn a screw and then push in and which/what to turn/press!

Any advice most welcome

I've attached the technical documentation for your watch.. Then I'm guessing it's the screw in the image which I borrowed from your image.  I've sure I've worked on one of these but it's been a really long time I just don't remember.  Y

I've got some loctite, finger cots and a pin vice/holder on order, so should be ready to try when those arrive.  Exciting noob first steps.
