Introducing myself,  I've been collecting watches for around 10 years, mostly focusing on Seiko chronographs from the 70's.  I have a few Omegas as well.  You can only collect what you can afford and Seiko gives you the most bang for the buck of any watch company.  Consider the 60's and 70's the golden age of Seiko.  Collect lots of things and my wife says if I have two of something, it's the start of a collection.

Hello Jonny, 

 I have a brand new Peugeot and a nice Mercedes benz, have recently been looking into getting a second Mercedes, your wifes statement scared me as I am sure I can't afford a Merecedes collection, too expensive here by the time you pay customs charges.
