Just a quick intro. Registered to this site a few years ago, but only recently started working on more repairs. I plan on using my 3D printer to help fill the gap in parts/tools/attachments/etc. needed on repairs.

  Yes indeed. I have thought about starting with a washer, but that would be unknown metal. @nickelsilver has suggested 316L on another forum. I am going to see what form I can buy...hopefully tubular as you suggest.

  You are right, Cousins don't have them. I was making the point that similar movements only cost £2-£3, so what's the point of servicing them?
