Help. Thanks for letting me join. This loreo only runs with stem removed. I think it's a seagull.

Perhaps there is a hacking movement in the watch which is being activated somehow? If the stem is too short maybe the hack is not disengaging? How long have you had it, did the watch ever work for you with the stem in? One quick fix may be to clean the crown in the stem, sometimes gunk collects in the crown and gets in the way and then you cant push it all the way in 'simulating' the winder being pulled out and activating your hacking mechanism.

Try using a wooden toothpick to clean it, that way you are less likely to damage any gaskets etc
