I have a seiko 7009-3130 but I'm looking for a whole replacement movement (it only runs for a few seconds) and I find the range is mind blowing. Are there any other movements that will do or does it have to be the exact same model please?

This was covered before and if my memory existed to begin with , a NH35 can be had for about $40 on ebay.
