Hi all

Just looking at a new project of a Hebdomas. Started taking a part and found lots of dirt/grease and also what looks like bits of the crystal stuck in the movement.

Someone has done some work previously as the main spring is held on with a plate (should be left hand thread), they've obviously had problems as it's now dimpled and won't screw off anymore (see photo). Any ideas how to remove it?

Just finished putting this back together after a clean and it's running, how satisfying 😊
