Fake or genuine.

Owner claims its real glashute, see the movement through the exhibition back.

Perhaps I can go by the $200 price, used in good shape.

The photo through the exhibition back is poor quality.  Why does it look like a  full plate including the balance cock/ bridge?  Where's the pivot for the marked part, bottom left, what's the other part, middle right?

 I don't know the answers  Rich,  have never seen a Glashute watch in person, but read its a luxury high grade watch, and don't believe this one  is genuine , one expects better finish  than this and expect to pay more for a genuine piece.

Have a look at thus website. I'm not sure if it's the same calibre, but this thing is fully jewelled.

Definitely different calibre and it seems to be missing parts.

You would think if you are selling a high end watch that you would want to show it in all its glory with plenty of well focused detailed pictures. Not just one  crappy caseback and a dial shot. Dials are easier to fake than a movement. If its a fake and a dodgy seller, frighten him by asking for lots of photos from all sides.

That is a fake. Just look at the poor finish on the screws. Not even highly polished. No detail on the balance cock. Original have fine detail.

To me what it looks like is a fake plate stuck on the back of another movement.

Seen this technique quite a few times with other fake watches
