My First Watch

Hi All ,

 

purchased my first watch to start me off on my watch repair and restoration hobby, have no idea what make this is or year was made , really need some help on identifying a make or model , any suggestions more than welcome.

thanks for that , just looked up his history and watches he has made , very similar movements to mine , very rusted inside , may take a while to clean and repair but got t start somewhere. Thanks again for the reply anilv.

Very nice piece. Recently I've been developing an interest in mechanical pocket watches. I am afraid that will be turning into my next passion.

thanks, searching car boot / table top sales sales each week now , managed to pick up a bag of spare parts for mechanical watches and another pocket watch for me to strip and repair.
