I need help With my Cuckoo clock please

My cuckoo clock only chimes once an on the hour, It does not look like others ive seen

With this type of movement it will only cuckoo once on the hour, that big wheel with 4 parts lift a lever so the cuckoo works. I have marked the wheel.

Im not sure how the second bellow sounds on this clock it has 1 spoket foer one the first tone but second, I dont know how to fix it ?

I dont know if you can make it out here but the first bellows note works, The second is top right theres also a piece a metal through top bellow not sure what thats for

Im not sure what the piee of metal is across bellows, The question is a piece of metal for second bellow not sure where it goes its diffrent to other cuckoo clocks,

There is normally a piece of metal sticking out to lift the tail of the bird. The long piece at the back try putting it under the nail it should lift the other bellow. Look for holes or splits in the bellow if they don't sound right.

the secon bellow must drop a second afer the first drops, thats where im stuck

Bend the wire that lifts the bellows so one lifts before the other.

Don't bend it that much so the bellows doesn't close it is a trial and error when it comes to sorting out the sound. To help you could put tiny drops of oil on the wires where they touch.
