Hi All, I am trying to find a Tirette (Setting lever) for a Vintage Rolex Cal 645 (Bubble Back)

If anyone knows a place to buy it, I will be very grateful.

My first google search came up with 3 options, my  oh my oh my , you honestly just need to make one, looks very simple with a little tooling and  skills.

Yes even with my little skills every search came up with like 10 options, but none are the correct pat.
